Chien-Ming Wang ( 圖 / AP )皇家投手王建民今天（26日）在對太空人的比賽6局上半登板，中間一度連續解決9名打者，王建民後援3局失掉4分，這也是他本季投球局數最長的一場，皇家最後就以5：13敗給太空人，吞下最近的4連敗。

已經5天沒有出賽的王建民，在太空人對皇家第2戰登板，當時皇家是以3：9落後，王建民一上來就被近況火燙的Altuve和Correa，連續打出二壘安打失掉1分，不過王建民隨即穩定下來，連續解決了太空人一輪9位打者，還投出2次三振，王建民在9局上半繼續投球，但因為已經投滿3局，是本季投球局數最長，因此體能也受到影響。

面對4名打者，沒有解決任何1位又失掉2分，王建民總計後援3局用了52球，被打出5支安打，失掉4分自責分，防禦率也上升到3.90。

皇家這場比賽的先發投手Chris Young，今天又在第2局大失血，太空人總共打了11個人次，包括Altuve和Correa背靠背的全壘打，一舉製造7分大局，皇家雖然從第3局開始，連續4局得分，但還是不敵太空人的7分大局，太空人終場就以13：5大勝皇家，拿下最近的7連勝，也讓皇家吞下本季在主場第1次的2連敗，同時是最近的4連敗。（民視新聞王人瑞、黃俊諭綜合報導）
